He received his PhD in Mathematical Engineering from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2023, where he also completed his Master studies in the same degree in 2018. B.Sc. in Mathematics from the Universidad de La Habana in 2014. His research interests include optimal stopping, stochastic control, stochastic processes and financial mathematics. From 2014 to 2016 he worked as a professor at the Universidad Politécnica de La Habana "José Antonio Echeverría". He did a pre-doctoral research stay at the Department of Economics of the University "Gabriele d'Annunzio", Italy.
