Eric Duca is an Associate Professor of Finance at CUNEF, with a main research specialisation in empirical corporate finance. He worked for three years as an economist at the Central Bank of Malta before completing his PhD at the Rotterdam School of Management, later joining CUNEF as an Assistant Professor in 2011 (Associate Professor since 2017). His work has been published in journals such as Financial Management, The Journal of Corporate Finance, and The Journal of Banking and Finance. His work has been presented at several international conferences, such as the Financial Management Association and the World Finance Conference. He has also obtained research funding from public bodies such as FUNCAS and The Spanish Ministry of Economics and Competition. He is also Accredited by Aneca as Profesor contratado doctor and Profesor de universidad privada.
