Professor Tejada’s doctoral thesis (UCM, 2001) was unanimously awarded an “Outstanding Cum Laude”. Starting in 1993, she has taught at a wide range of universities: CEU, RCUMC, ICADE, IEB and, since 2010, CUNEF.
She has published two books, different chapters and several articles in specialised journals. Her research focuses on consolidation, financial accounting and corporate transactions.
She has taught master courses for Deloitte (ICADE), Price (CUNEF), Master in Banking Law, Master in Legal Practice (CUNEF), Master in Account Auditing (ICADE), Master in Auditing (CEU), Master in Stock Exchange (IEB) and in-company programmes at REPSOL, BBVA, Banco de España, BDO.
She has supervised Final Degree Projects and Internship Reports, and participated in FDP panels.
As a practitioner, she was an internal auditor at CORIS, CORIS Risk Management and TIJE—currently part of Grupo Generali —and an external auditor at NACAR. She participates in international consolidation projects at ALTER DOMUS.
