Galán Ruiz, José Javier

Javier Galán is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Law at CUNEF Universidad. Accredited as Profesor Titular by ANECA in 2024. Accredited as a Contracted Doctoral Professor by the Agency for Quality, Accreditation and Prospective Studies of the Universities of Madrid (ACAP) in 2007. Three six-year periods of research recognised: 2010-2015 in 2023, 2011-2016 in 2024, and 2017-2022 in 2025 Director of the CUNEF Universidad Law Degree (from the 2017/2018 academic year to the 2023/2024 academic year). Coordinator of the Law I Area in the CUNEF Law Degree (2016-2017 academic year). Two doctoral theses supervised. Deputy Director of the Journal of International Taxation and Transnational Business (Aranzadi-La Ley). Advisor to the journal Tributos Locales. Member of the IEM (Higher Council for Scientific Research). Research stays at Harvard and Bologna Universities. Member of the Tax Commission at CEOE as representative of the General Council of Notaries of Spain.
