BIO
As a lawyer, professor Galán has been advising individuals and legal entities on tax matters since 1994. He participated as a researcher in the Institute for Fiscal Studies (Ministry of Finance), and is currently a member of the Municipal Economic-Administrative Court—the body in charge of resolving claims regarding local taxes—of the City of Móstoles.
He combines teaching with the practice of Law. He is a professor of Financial and Tax Law and Tax System at CUNEF, the university he joined in 2007, and he is an accredited professor by the ACAP. He is currently the Director of the Bachelor in Law at CUNEF.
In the academic field, he has carried out stays at foreign universities such as Bologna and Harvard.
