Biography

Carlo Chiarella holds a PhD in Finance from Bocconi University. He is Director of the Department of Finance and Accounting, and Assistant Professor with Tenure at CUNEF Universidad. He is accredited as Profesor Titular by ANECA, has one recognized research Sexenio, and has secured two competitive research grants as Principal Investigators. He has published in leading academic journals and is the author and editor of books in the fields of corporate finance and banking, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, private equity, and infrastructure finance. He is also a Fellow of the BAFFI CAREFIN Centre.
