Biography
Luis Eugenio Carretero Díaz is a Lecturer in the Department of Business and Management at CUNEF Universidad. He received the Extraordinary Bachelor's Degree Award (1981) and a PhD (1988) in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He is a Tenured Professor of Business Organization at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1992). He has worked as an associate professor at various university centers formerly affiliated with the Complutense University of Madrid, such as the San Pablo University College (now CEU San Pablo University), the Felipe II Center for Higher Studies, where he was responsible for the Erasmus program in the Tourism Diploma program, and the José Ortega y Gasset University Institute. He has been a Professor Auditor at the International Validation Office, University of Wales (United Kingdom) (1993-2004) and a Research Fellow at the Complutense College at Harvard University (USA) (1996).

Auditor Professor/External Evaluator at the International Validation Office, University of Wales, UK, from 1993 to October 2004.
Member of the editorial board of several scientific journals in the fields of business management and operations management, such as UNICA, published by Nove de Julho University, or the Science and Technology journal published by the University of Belgrano. Guest Editor of the International Journal of Technology Management.
Consultant at C&C Business System Consultants in several projects for national and international companies, such as Roberto Verino, Regna Española, GIP-Química Española, Alcatel Sesa, DAF Trucks Spain, Dirinver Group, Crawford and Company, CARTISA, Cartonajes Industriales and IPCO International Paper Company.
