Biography
Konstantina, received her PhD in Business Studies from IE University, Spain. She has gained international academic and business experience working in Greece, Spain, and Costa Rica. Her research and teaching interests lie at the intersection of behavioral decision-making and ethics, organizational behavior, and sustainable human resource management. She is Principal Researcher in 2 national projects related to digitalization and sustainability.
Her work has been published in prestigious academic journals such as Human Resource Management (FT50), Journal of Business Ethics (FT50), Journal of Behavioral Decision Making and presented at international conferences.
Konstantina has taught to international audiences for Undergraduate, Master, MBA, and Executive education courses.
Before entering academia, she worked in the financial sector, gaining a broad perspective on business practices and workplace challenges in a wide range of industries.
